Immunoblot of platelet protein for hαIIb.

Immunoblot of size-fractionated platelet proteins using the monoclonal anti-hαIIb antibody MAB1990 as the primary antibody (right panel). Size markers are indicated on the sides of the blot as well as the expected hαIIb band and the mouse IgG band. C indicates human platelet control. Bands below the expected band were due to partial sample degradation. Equal loading into each lane was confirmed on a parallel gel, where a comparable loading of each sample was done and the gel stained using Coomassie blue (left panel).
