Analysis of EGFP expression by transiently transfected K562-EBNA1 cells.

(A) Dot plot analysis of K562-EBNA1 cells transiently transfected with EGFP-modified globin EBACs and the pEBAC160G vector, as indicated. Flow cytometric analysis was carried out 2 days following transfection. The total number of EGFP-positive cells was expressed as a percentage of the total number of viable cells. (B) Comparison of K562 and K562-EBNA1 cells after transient transfection with EGFP-modified β-globin EBACs and the pEBAC160G vector as in panel A.
