Patient-specific, integrated risk-based application of all-HSCT in AML in first CR

The proposed patient-specific application of allo-HSCT in patients with AML in their first CR integrates the individual risks for relapse and nonrelapse mortality and aims for a DFS benefit of at least 10% for the individual patient compared with consolidation by a non-allo-HSCT approach.
