Alterations in histone H3 methylation on Il12 promoters in postseptic splenic DCs. Splenic DCs were isolated from sham and CLP mice at either day 11 (A) or 6 weeks (B) after surgery. ChIP assay was performed to determine the histone H3 methylation status at the promoter regions of Il12p35 and Il12p40, respectively.
