A total of 1 × 107 K-562 cells with or without sodium butyrate treatment (indicated as +SB and −, respectively) were used. The chromatin DNAs immunoprecipitated with 1:500 dilutions of anti–Oct-2, anti-Sp1, or anti-C/EBPα antibodies (Ab) and the input DNA controls were used for PCR amplification. Butyrate-treated cells were used for the no-antibody control in PCR amplification (leftmost lane).
