The effect of IGF-1 on SFLLRN-induced platelet aggregation. (A) Washed platelets were stimulated with either 1 μM SFLLRN or a combination of 1 μM SFLLRN and 100 nM IGF-1, as noted. Where noted, platelets were preincubated at 37°C for 10 minutes with 100 μM AG 1024. (B) Platelets were stimulated with either 2 μM SFLLRN or a combination of 2 μM SFLLRN and 100 nM IGF-1, as noted.
