SPF IL-10 KO mice are protected from antibody-mediated TRALI. Lung W/D weight ratios upon anti-MHC class I antibody (clones 34-1-2s and AF6-88.5.5.3) infusion into IL-10 KO mice. IL-10 KO status was confirmed by performing an IL-10 ELISA using collected plasma, as described in the “Methods.” Statistical analysis was performed using an unpaired Student t test.
