A total of 3 × 106 CD45.1 e14.5 murine FL cells transduced to express EV (CD123-low) and overexpress CD123 WT or mutant (CD123-high-WT or CD123-high-APIA) were transplanted into lethally irradiated recipient CD45.2 mice and allowed to engraft for 6 weeks.
