Regions of LOH on chromosome 8p can be used to drive supervised analysis of expression analysis to identify differentially expressed genes. Thirty samples (vertical lanes) with regions of LOH (blue) or heterozygosity (yellow) were used to identify which genes on 8p are differentially expressed between those samples with LOH and those without.
