VxInsight clusters in adult AML. Six distinct clusters of AML patients are identified based on gene expression profiles and designated A to F. The data are visualized as a 3-dimensional terrain map with 2-dimensional distances reflecting gene expression profile correlates and the third dimension representing cluster membership density.
