(A) LAMA-84 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of AMN107 for 24 hours. (B) Alternatively, cell lysates of LAMA-84 cells were used for Western blot analyses of p-STAT5, STAT5, c-Myc, Bcl-xL, p-AKT, AKT, and p27, using specific antibodies.
