(A) PBLs from an HCMV+ donor were cultured with mock- and Towne-infected (MOI = 1) MRC-5 cells. Either F(ab′)2 anti-CD94 or -CD56 mAbs (10 μg/mL) were added at day 0. Flow cytometry analysis with anti-CD3, -NKG2C, and -NKG2A mAbs was carried out at day 10.
