ALK inhibition leads to cell-cycle G₁ arrest of ALK⁺ ALCL cells. Sudhl-1 cells were treated with CEP compounds at indicated concentrations for 24 hours. Cells were collected, fixed, and stained with propidium iodide. The DNA contents were analyzed by flow cytometry. Representative histograms from 2 independent experiments are shown.
