Figure 6. ALK inhibition leads to the attenuation of STAT3, ERK1/2, and AKT activation. Sup-M2 cells were serum-starved for about 24 hours by culturing in RPMI/0.1% FBS. The cells were then treated with indicated concentrations of compounds for 2 hours. Cells were lysed and the tyrosine phosphorylated and total NPM-ALK, P-AKT and total AKT, P-ERKs and total ERKs, and P-STAT3 and total STAT3, were detected by immunoblotting as described in “Materials and methods.”
