Detection of GR-associated proteins in human platelets. PRP extracts were immunoprecipitated with specific antibodies to (A) HSP70, (B) HSP90, (C) FKBP51, or (D) FKBP52 as described in “Materials and methods,” and WB analysis for GR was applied to reveal direct protein association.
