Changes in the expression of CD62L and β₇ on the surface of donor T cells harvested from host tissues on day 6. Hosts received WT TCD bone marrow and 0.125 × 10⁶ WT CD4⁺ donor T cells, and tissues were analyzed first for H-2K^b versus TCRαβ. H-2K^b+ TCRαβ⁺–gated cells (donor T cells) were analyzed subsequently for CD62L or β₇ (thin lines) and compared with similar analysis of CD62L and β₇ at the time of donor T-cell injection (shaded area).
