Five-day human DCs were stimulated with ox-β2-GPI (10 μg/mL) (▪), H2O2-β2-GPI (10 μg/mL) (▴), and LPS (100 ng/mL) (•), or left unstimulated (○). After 48 hours, DCs were extensively washed and cultured with allogeneic T lymphocytes (1 × 105 cells/well) for 3 days at a different stimulator-responder ratio (1:16 to 1:256 DC/T). Proliferation of allogenic T cells was measured by 3H-methyl-thymidine incorporation. Data are presented as mean cpm ± SD of triplicate cultures.
