MSCs were derived from an unrelated HLA-A2-HLA-B44+ACC-2+ individual or an HLA-A2-HLA-B44+ACC-2- individual. Cytotoxicity was measured at an E/T ratio of 10:1. IFN-γ production was measured by determining the concentration of IFN-γ in the supernatant after 24 hours of coculture.
