Data from a representative patient with CD3- LDGL of 6 cases studied, a patient with CD3+ LDGL of 5 cases studied, and a healthy control subject of 6 cases analyzed are shown. As compared with PB DCs (A-C), BM-derived DCs (D-F) were characterized by a higher percentage of PC DCs and a lower number of MDC1s. This trend was evident both in control subjects and in the patients studied.
