Figure 1. Surface expression of DC-SIGN is decreased upon DC stimulation via TLR. Peripheral blood adhering monocytes were cultured with GM-CSF and IL-4 in the presence or absence of TGZ. Different TLR ligands were added to the cells 24 hours before analysis (TLR2L Pam3Cys, TLR3L Poly(I:C), TLR4L LPS, TLR7L R848). The effect of TGZ on DC phenotype was analyzed by flow cytometry.
