Kaplan-Meier plot of time to first platelet count of ≥50 × 109/L or ≥30 × 109/L and doubled from baseline (A) and time to first use of rescue therapy (B) during the 24-week double-blind period. Cox regression model was used with treatment group and stratification factors as covariates. Log-rank test was adjusted by stratification factors.
