Variations in the expression of iron transporters correlates with perturbations in iron flux in Th3/+ mice. Expression of DMT1, FPN, and FTH was quantified in duodenal epithelial tissues (A) and in the liver (B) and spleen (C) of 4- and 12-week-old male and female WT (blue bars) and Th3/+ (red bars) mice.
