HES5 binds to JAK2/STAT3 in hepatocytes. After treatment with desialylated platelets for 30 minutes, hepatocytes were lysed in NP-40 lysis buffer, followed by immunoprecipitation analysis of the relationship between JAK2/STAT3 and HES5 (representative images from 3 independent experiments).
