Individual donor-KIR–patient-HLA interactions are generally not associated with differential outcomes. Although a difference in relapse is seen in the HLA-C1/KIR-2DL2 pairing, this does not extend to an OS or LFS difference and may reflect these donor KIR belonging exclusively to the Bx haplotype.
