The developing thymus recovers rapidly after exposure to DHODH inhibition. T-cell populations were quantified by flow cytometric analysis. T cells were isolated from the thymi of juvenile mice treated with vehicle (VEH) or BRQ 50 mg/kg every 3 days for 2 doses, followed by a 2-week or a 4-week recovery period.
