Acute deletion of both ARID1A and ARID1B in hematopoietic compartment in adult mice leads to rapid mortality. Kaplan-Meier curves show survival of double-KO (Arid1a^fl/fl;Arid1b^fl/fl;Mx1-Cre⁺) and control (Arid1a^fl/fl;Arid1b^fl/fl;Mx1-Cre⁻) mice. Mice were administered poly(I:C) to induce recombination of Arid1a and Arid1b alleles in Arid1a^fl/fl;Arid1b^fl/fl;Mx1-Cre⁺ mice. Study Day 0 is the day of administration of first dose of poly(I:C).
