The VWF-binding aptamer rondaptivon pegol increases VWF (A) Ag levels (P < .0001), (B) GpIbM activity (P < .0001), and (D) collagen-binding activity (VWF:CB; P < .0001), whereas C) RCo activity (P = .485) remains mostly at baseline levels.
