γ-Secretase inhibition induces apoptosis in Rec-1 and SP-49. Cells were incubated for 6 days in duplicate with 1μM of compound E. Apoptosis was assessed by flow cytometry after staining with an allophycocyanin- or FITC-labeled antibody against annexin V and PI. Labels indicate mean percentages of cells in given populations.
