Quercetin inhibits IL-1β, IL-18, and TNF-α following in vivo LPS challenge. XIAP-deficient or WT mice were fed mouse chow with or without quercetin (50 mg/kg per day exposure) for 7 days and, on day 7, were treated with LPS.
