Receiver operator characteristic curves of 2 biomarker algorithms to predict 6-month NRM. The AUC for TNFR1 + TIM3 (0.57) was significantly lower than all the others: ST2 + TNFR1 (0.70; P < .001); REG3α + TNFR1 (0.73; P < .001); or ST2 + REG3α (0.79; P < .001). All algorithms were generated in the training cohort and then tested in the validation cohort.
