Selective inhibitors for Syk or Jak3 do not eliminate LMP1/λ-MYC tumors. Mice harboring tumors were treated with 100 mg/kg/day TAK-659 (Syk inhibitor) daily for 10 days (A) or 25 mg/kg/day PF-06651600 (JAK3 inhibitor) daily for 10 days (B).
