Rasburicase treatment reverses the impaired leukocyte recruitment and inflammation in mice with hyperuricemia and kidney dysfunction. Alb-creERT2;Glut9^lox/lox and Glut9^lox/lox control mice were injected with tamoxifen and placed on an acidogenic diet with inosine (HU plus CKD) or a chow diet with inosine (healthy) for 22 days.
