Percentages were calculated using the total number of patients with nonmissing EQ-5D-5L index scores. Improvement was defined as an increase of ≥0.07 from baseline. No change was defined as an increase or decrease of <0.07 from baseline. Deterioration was defined as a decrease of ≥0.07 from baseline.
