Relative annexin A2 mRNA levels. mRNA was isolated from PBMCs as described in “Methods” and analyzed by quantitative RT-PCR. (A) mRNA levels were stratified according to normal (n = 6) or low A2 protein expression (n = 5), defined as below the 10th percentile for all subjects, and compared with mRNA levels in HCs (n = 6).
