Measurement of circulating cells and biomarkers in tumor-bearing mice. Plasma levels of active human (A, n = 6 and 4) and active mouse (B, n = 10 and 4) plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1), and thrombin-antithrombin (TAT) complexes (C, n = 8 and 8) were measured using commercial assays.
