Effect of fibrinogen Aα or AαE expression on laser-induced thrombocyte binding and aggregation in 5-dpf zebrafish larvae. (A) One- to 2-cell zebrafish embryos with the fga^+/+ or fga^−/− genotype, hemizygous for the itga2b:EGFP transgene, were microinjected for expression of fibrinogen Aα or AαE cDNA. At 5 dpf, laser injuries were made in the PCV and green fluorescent thrombocytes accumulating within a defined area measured over time, which is shown schematically.
