Fusion gene network in AML. Filtered fusions were imported in Cytoscape and visualized as a network where nodes represent genes and edges represent fusions. Unconnected fusions comping only 2 nodes were removed. The color of the edges corresponds to the fusion annotation. Red, novel fusion; blue, known fusion; gray, canonical fusion.
