Adapted from Major-Monfried.12
The threshold biomarker values used to define high and low risk were determined by assessment of the area under the receiver operator characteristic curve analyzing the trade-off between the sensitivity and specificity of the association with NRM across the range of observed values. The number of patients with response and persisting high Minnesota risk score at day 7 was too small to provide reliable estimates of NRM at 1 year according to biomarker values.
