IgG was purified from plasma samples of hemophilia A (HA) patients with inhibitor (alloantibody), patients with autoantibodies to FVIII, nonresponder patients with HA, healthy blood donors, and pooled normal polyclonal human IgG (IVIg) as described in “Patients and methods.”

Yield was calculated as (amount of recovered IgG/amount of loaded IgG) × 1000.
