Spleen and LN from 5 high-level chimeras per group were individually analyzed for CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell content. The absolute numbers (No.) × 10−6 are shown. CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were analyzed by FACS for the expression of CD44 as an indicator of memory cell generation. The mean channel fluorescence data are shown.
