Patching and capping was analyzed after 15 minutes of MoAb:cell interaction at 37°C (10 μg/mL MoAb; MoAb:cell ratio of 0.5 μg/105 cells), as described in Materials and Methods. The values in parentheses indicate the degree to which the values obtained with MoAb HB57 or MoAb HB57 were significantly different from the values obtained with MoAb Mu53, as determined by the Student’st-test.
