The combined genotypes of VKORC1 (G/A and A/A) and CYP2C9 (CYP2C9*3 allele) represent 25% of the population. Average of percentage of remaining factor VII and INR change is represented within different CYP2C9 and VKORC1 genotypes. The numbers of the VKORC1 G/G, G/A, and A/A genotypes among the CYP2C9*1/*1 individuals were 59, 95, and 30, respectively. The numbers of the VKORC1 G/G, G/A, and A/A genotypes among the heterozygous carriers of CYP2C9*3 allele were 13, 15, and 10, respectively.
