The corresponding peptide sequences (Sequences), the theoretical m/z value (T. m/z), and the observed m/z value (O. m/z) of each fragment ion in Figure 1A are shown. The information derived from these fragment ions confirms that Thr133 in this peptide is phosphorylated.
