The effect of inhibiting GPCRs with pertussis toxin (50 ng/mL) on cell survival in ECsSK and ECsEV. Cell survival was measured by the MTS assay. The pooled data are given as the OD490 nm of 8 observations from 2 separate experiments, normalized to day 0=1, with 95% confidence intervals.
PTX indicates pertussis toxin.
