The data are the X ± SD percent of the total cells that stained with the different antibodies in 5 different experiments. In each experiment a minimum of 500 cells per antibody were counted using fluorescence microscopy in combination with phase contrast microscopy.
For mast cell precursors and granulated mast cells, the percentages are 0 for anti-Ly-6G/Ly-6C, anti-CD11b (Mac-1), anti-Thy-1, anti-CD40, anti-CD45R/B220, and anti-Sca-1
