Three hundred cell differentials were performed on Wright-Giemsa-stained cytospins from 2 independently derived HOXB6 and HOXB6WG cell lines grown in GM-CSF, G-CSF, or M-CSF as the sole cytokine.
Neut indicates neutrophils; and Mono, monocytes.
