Cells were treated with 1 μM As2O3 and 100 μM trolox for 3 days. Viable cell number was determined using the trypan blue exclusion method. IC50 indicates concentration of drug needed to inhibit 50% of cell growth. Values are the mean of 3 independent experiments.
