For all recipients, the total number of wt B6 splenic T cells was 5 × 106, and the total number of BM cells was 1 × 107. Median survival times for mice that received transplants of a given percentage of IL-15 tg BM cells were compared with the MSTs for mice that received transplants with an immediately higher percentage of IL-15 tg BM cells, as shown in the table.
