Immature DCs were cultured alone or with allogeneic CD4⁺ T cells in the absence or presence of anti—IL-10R mAbs (30 μg/mL). After 48 hours, culture supernatants were collected, and levels of secreted IL-10 were determined using ELISA. Data from 1 of 3 representative experiments are shown.
