The LOD is LOD score or log10 likelihood ratio statistic (LRS); LRS/4.61 = LOD score. LRS values of less than 17.89 were highly significant and values of more than 9.57 were highly suggestive of linkage by the marker regression analysis of the data in Figure 2 and Table 4 by the WebQTL software.
